Like any Shock
Set the boost / compression damping/piggyback to the manufacturers recommended pressure for starters (150 psi)
Set the sag by fitting the right spring. Use the TF spring calculator if in doubt
Set the rebound so that when you drop the back end of the bike from around 2 feet from the floor it doesn't bounce up at all.
Add pressure to the piggyback for more compression damping if you feel like you are eating through your travel too quick.
Experiment with propedal, adding a little at a time. You may need to reduce the pressure in the piggyback when increasing propedal.
Wind in the bottom-out adjuster if you experience any harsh bottom out.
Basically make sure you take your shock pump with you when you ride it the first few times…
