Just moved to these from pikes, I have set them up with 25% sag, 2 volume spacers, 4 clicks of LC, 10 clicks of HSC, rebound 3 from closed, I am getting through all the travel maybe a bit easy but my main issue is aching forearms/hands on any descent over a couple of minutes. Tried dropping more compression off but seem to dive through more. They feel nice and stable but I never had the ache issue with pikes. Any suggestions.

Counter the dive with the low speed, but I’d be looking at backing the high speed off to zero and starting again

I set mine up great, by selling them and buying Lyriks 🙂

    As above

Rebound sounds a little slow as well, could they be packing down on successive hits?

Set the rebound on the fox guide not noticed much dive but will speed it up a bit, so adding LC does not make them harsh ?

It will eventually, but you want to setup the LSC to kill off things like brake-dive. HSC will definitely make it feel harsh, i used to run 0 clicks on mine!

Fair enough I will give it a go
