    Pretty much as per the title, can it be done and if so how?

    My mate wants to reduce them to 120mm to go on his new (to him) frame

    I take it they are floats?? If so, it’s very easy to DIY, you need a couple of spacers from mojo and then watch all the vids on YouTube…!

    Yes it can be done (as long as it not a Talas fork)I think the max you can drop the fork is 30mm
