Has anyone read this follow-up to ‘Four Hour Work Week’?

Normally I’d avoid any self-help books like this with a bargepole, but it’s actually pretty good, sensible stuff. Putting aside the fact he’s got an ego the size of a planet, he’s read up on the science around his subject well, and isn’t afraid to take a scarily scientific approach to testing theories (albeit with a sample size of one and without double-blind trials).

I’ve been using the slow-carb diet he describes (an adaptation of low-gi/paleo) for the last month and lost a stone with no weird side effects, so I’m pretty impressed.

There are some fairly hardcore chapters about weight lifting, ultra-marathon endurance, swimming and a linkbait chapter on 15-minute orgasms for women, but I skimmed those.
