I’m normally pretty good at this kind of thing, but my mechanical and google skills have let me down.

I’ve tried to get into the freehub on a Formula DC52* singlespeed freehub as its jammed solid.

I’ve popped the bearings out but the axle seems to be fouling on something and wont come out (I think its an inner bearing) and I cant work out how to remove the freehub. Its a friends bike so I’m not keen to whack the axle as I would if it were mine.

Has anyone managed to get into the guts of one of these freehubs? If so, how do I go about it.

    Thanks

*its on a cannondale 29er SS
