    Any recomendations.
    Was torn between Vanilla 32R 15QR or Cheaper Recon 351 air.

    I'm currently using Vanilla 32R (ordinary QR) on my '08 P7 and find they perform really well. I've also used Revelations on it – and these were also good, but the Fox's definately have the edge when it comes to damping.

    Personally, I'd go for the vanilla's – especially if you can get the 15QR axle.

    I run Revs, but ive limited them down to 125mm travel which feels perfect for me. Would prefer the maxle vers but having to make do with QR.

    if your getting the p7 new the pro is way better than the s and you get vans. nice forks.

    Vanillas by a mile. Especially if you can wangle the QR15 versions.

    Thanks for all advice.
    I have Pro 2 hubs so Ok for 15mm QR
    Allready built with 2010 frame but currently using Manitou blacks.
    Bike has been built for winter with 1 x 9.
    My only concern with Vans is effects of temp on the oil. 😕

    you riding in extreme heat? i have the van 36 on my alpine and i have never had any issue with heat. i do live and ride in scotland so the dangers are slim. a p7 with vans on the front is a dam fine bike.

    figured that as soon as i pressed the button. i have been out at night lots over the past few months and its been dam cold. no problems, the oil heats up pretty fast. still think you should get them x
