    Hi Folks

I’m looking at purchasing an On One Parkwood and there is an option to upgrade the fork when ordering. The fork that is specced by default is a Rockshox Recon Silver TK SoloAir 120mm 29er Fork (Diffusion Black | 15mm Axle | Tapered | Crown Adjust) and the upgrade option is a Rockshox Revelation RLT 120mm Solo Air (Tapered | 29 Inch with 15mm Axle | Diffusion Black | Crown Adjust). The upgrade costs £50 is there a lot of difference between the quality of the forks and is the upgrade worth it?

    Thanks

I would say yes – much better compression damper and fork anodising on the Revs.

Seems a good deal for that upgrade. I would go for it.

I would, that’s a pretty big damper upgrade. I think it’ll be lighter too but that wouldn’t be the reason

    Yes!!

The Recon silver is crap. The Rev is spot-on for a bike like that.

(made same upgrade on my 29er HT for a lot more than £50!)
