Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get from the top to the bottom (expert speed) at Forest of Dean?

I can see videos on youtube of around 1min but maybe if the tracks follow on from each other – then maybe its longer?

Also what is the “real” push up time with a DH bike?

    Cheers

    link

Its 0.6 miles and 300ft of climbing
Took me 13 mins last time at a slow pedal

However someone appears to have done it in 3.44 mins 😯
…and someone else took over an hour 😳

…and 1 to 3 mins to get down depending on how mad you are

Assume we are talking about the main DH tracks rather than finding/going down the other options (ie some of the slightly more off-piste Enduro trails) then it’s probably 2 min down and 10 min up on average. You can ride most of the push up, even on a DH bike, just walking the two short steeper bits.

To actually push up it’s about 15 mins, it’s even on Strava…

And to get back down 1.5 to 2 mins depending on route, at an average DH’ers pace

    Thanks all.

Fairly short runs then – fairly similar to my local riding at Aston.

Decided to go to Revolution again instead 🙂

If you start from the Grey mound the runs are longer.
