I think I may give it a go as I can’t do races in April and early May due to work commitments.

Not sure if Chris is waiting for this UKGE insurance sh*t storm to end to see if he is going to be enforcing personal insurance too or not. Have you tried emailing him?

Does feel like something is going on you have the news from Italy this insurance issue with UKGE and now nothing on this event….

Very long time since I was at FOD any idea of the stages?

My guess is that won’t be that hard but good fun off piste stuff.

You must have sign on and collected your number board by 4.30pm to race.
Times are subject to change depending on rider numbers and weather conditions
10.00am Stages marked out and open to ride to all riders

Medics and Marshals on all Stages.
6.00pm Stage 1 Opens – Close 7.30pm (provisional times)
6.30pm Stage 2 Opens – Close 8.00pm (provisional times)
7.00pm Stage 3 Opens – Close 8.30pm (provisional times)

Muddy in practice But possibly frozen in the race.

What a great race good mix of trails. Ended up doing 40km and 1000 meters of climbing/descending through the day/night. Manage to finish second in HT too, bonus 🙂

Was a really fun race end of the first stage and the second half of the third stage killed me so much pedaling. Only the 2nd stage went ok for me as there was abit more gravity involved. More training required I think.
