Ear bagsare quite effective, and don’t look nearly so cretinous when worn with a helmet. 😳

Buff over the sort of top half of my ears.
I think I must run hot though as I honestly can’t imagine wearing things like the Windstopper skullcaps etc. you can get without my head melting.

Buff for just chilly weather, Ear Bags for proper cold (worn with a pisspot, so the rest of the head is taken care of).

I used to wear a gore skull cap that came over my ears but to be honest its seldom that cold that my ears get cold enough to bother me. If its around 0 degrees I usually wear a buff and just pull that over my face and ears if I start to get a bit chilly.

For my commutes I wear a normal Halo headband for average conditions, and the version that covers my ears when it gets colder. It just stops the windchill.

For buff wearers – do you wear it like a beanie, round your neck and pull it up, or like a headband?
