Thinking of buying one for my wife for Christmas – she's looking a really compact video camera which is easy to use and which she can keep in her handbag. Mainly for vids of the baby. Not looking for broadcast quality just reasonable quality for family shots.

Model I'm considering is the Flip Ultra HD, which is currently £120 on Amazon. People seem to like them – anyone here got experience of using one. Any other recommendations at a similar price?

I have a basic one, its nice and easy to use apart from the start stop button being slightly awkward with gloves on.
