I opened a flikr account about 3 years ago to post a pic of my then sparkly new Blur, got a flaming for having the temerity to think a black frame with yellow spoked Spinergy wheels and horror of horrors a yellow rear crud catcher looked good. I haven't used my account since then due to the trauma (can't be arsed tbh) but took a half decent pic at the weekend so tried to access my account to upload it, it appears you can't get on without a yahoo e mail address or am I being thick? Is it possible to get a flikr account with a normal e mail address or not?

I had to 'join' Yahoo, & get a yahoo e-mail address, to get on Flickr, but that was the only time I used the Yahoo side of it. On Flickr once or twice each day since.

Yeah I had to start a ymail account but in is now just idle.

just go to photbucket and use your normal one.

I already had a yahoo email account I'd setup years ago, by chance I remembered it and the password. Dead easy to set one up though.
