Seems a tad steep to me, but if it is what it is so be it. Just after an idea of whether that is reasonable.

Bout right, mine is 6M square and the quotes are 3900 for rubber and 3600 for fibreglass. Both good local firms with good reputations.

I think the thing about flat roofing is felt, rubber or fibreglass… It’s who does the job that matters.

Been a roofer for thirty years, and there’s only one flat roof covering and thats grp.
I did my balcony at home and every spring I get my high powered jetwash
And blast off all the green moss etc, it still looks like it did 10 years ago when i put it on .
Cost wise we charge £160.00 per m2.

Quoted £1700 for 6m x 3m in EPDM.

Doing it myself come Spring, for £400.
