look pretty good – how can a flat bar have a 20mm rise though?

Wow that was quick 5 mins later after my email:

Thanks that’s a big typo, just changed. 0 degree rise

All tested properly at manufacturer, and this is a very strong bar.

The only way to weaken this bar is to overly tighten the stem/controls.

It would be good for your 29er set up.

6 deg doesn’t sound like much backsweep. Ive got nukeproof flat 760mm/9 deg bars and i find they hurt my wrists a bit.

Yes thought of that I have never suffered from that problem but would be a shame to find I do after shelling out £75

I think Easton do a 685mm EC70 for £80. Might be a bit narrow for modern tastes.

I had the ec70 and it was seriously narrow. Alarming really changed to a wider one soon after.

I’ve got the Easton 685mms on my Solaris, and they feel just fine width wise to me. They also fit between trees in a way that my Havens don’t quite so well.

    685mm too narrow!? I have the EA50 9deg 685 and love it.
