    Does anyone know the optimum frequency which the flashing rear bike lights can operate?
    I'm sure I read somewhere about a legal minimum of 2 per second or something but I can't find any info online.
    Anyone in the know?

    Between two and five times a second I seem to remember (in the UK anyway).
