If a segment is flagged is it removed? Just wondering why a climb at Innerleithen isn’t on strava, and thinking it might be because some DH tracks cross it so it has been removed.

I flagged one once (segment, not activity), two identical segments other than one finished before an island and the other afterwards.

Did a ride last night and a DH segment which is approx 4 mins long. I was right behind my mate all the way down. I’m using a Garmin, him an iPhone. He was 8 secs quicker according to Strava. Proving there is little point getting fussed over a few secs difference on shorter segments.
I might try recording with Garmin+Android next time

One of my mates has bought a new road bike recently and he’s taken to riding it very fast round our way.

Somebody flagged him the other day and he’s really affronted. 😀

Nobody’s ever suspected me of enhancing my performances. 🙁
