    Toying with the idea of converting my on-one, what fixed hubs are available, suitable for mountain biking?

    I’ve done mine the cheap way I took off the rear rotor bolted on a velosolo disc mount cog and flipped the wheel in the dropouts job done

    Easiest way is to just drill out a sprocket to a disc mount pattern, I did it last year with very little problems. It makes a fairly easy trail quite challenging!

    If you want to buy a new wheel surly and on one also do 135mm fixed hubs

    great thanks don’t think I have a spare wheel, may have to keep an eye out in classified.

    Fixed bolt on cog was about 15 quid its a cheap test to see if you like it you don’t need the rear brake anyway really , if you don’t like it you’ve not lost nowt really
