So rear Fox RP23 boost valve has developed a leak, and the pro pedal has never worked since I bought the bike second hand.
its a 120mm travel carbon trail bike, so do I repair the shock, what around £130 or buy a new unit from somewhere like discount de.

Can get a monarch RL for almost the same money, or an RP3. but as I have happily ridden this bike for year plus and not bothered to do much with adjusting the shock, should I really care and just get the ole one repaired.

Are totally modern rear shocks that much better then a 2010 unit?

    thoughts?
