New frame arriving, have some red bits from the old black sheep build so it will have a hint of red in with ti frame, forks, bars etc… Now silver headset and seat collar or do I go red? Worry is that it may look full gaudy magpie..

Black just looks a bit meh but i may be persuaded.

Mango looks ace but you can’t get mango formula r1’s

Any thoughts, pics of your colour bits in a tasteful way all greatly received

What are the other red bits? Seat collar and headset would be nice in red with a Ti frame.

    Here’s Hope blue

Headsets should be either silver or black IMO.

I’m a colour matching tart but I always leave the headset black or silver. Can start to look a bit ’90s otherwise.

That “Mango” looks too much like gold. And that’s about as naff as it can get.

Also, don’t forgot to display your name on the top tube, along with a small Union Jack graphic.

Hope orange looks rubbish next to CK. It just seems dull.

Given that sp41 is available in technicolour, what are people’s thoughts on coloured hoses?

Coloured hoses? Never in my world.

I’ve tried that with Jagwire cables/hose. (I like Ti but think it needs a splash of colour).

It’s a man’s bike. The way some of you are “colour coordinating” you’d think you were children

Red. And my name is joined by a Devon flag. Makes things friendlier in the peloton. And matches my black and green defy, of course.

thanks folks, shiny red bits ordered from the same people that have made my ti seatpost with red bits, so the reds all match (well as close as different batch anodizing allows) 😆

    and nice black sheep ultracrepidarian

if it looks gash I can always polish them down to silver/raw

I think that Hope Sonder looks great. Mine would look like that if I could afford it….

    3DV, obvs.

3DV was a Ringle colour that others used as a generic term for purple/pink anodising.

What Sir has there looks to be purple not 3DV with the exception of the seat clamp and possibly skewers but on the latter I cannot be sure.

    Pedant alert over.

Too much carbon on that sonder, a ti bike should mean as much ti possible, even down to rider having titanium body piercings (anodised to match the required accent colour of course)

Mine would have a dropper any way so that would get rid of the carbon seatpost.

Mine would not have skin wall tyres though.
