    This is the first bike I’ve built up from a frame. It’s a Chumba HX1 long travel 26er. I guess you don’t see many round here but it’s very pretty!

    Wheels, brakes, bar and stem from my old bike. 1×10 shimano SLX/Zee drive train and a 2013 revelation RLT. Plus some hope bling…

    Got it shipped direct from the states as there is no importer in the UK at the moment. Sounds like the company has just changed hands. The guy I spoke to, Aaron, was really helpful and cut me a great deal 🙂

    Only been ridden a couple of K’s up the road and back for a quick test but hoping to give it a proper workout this weekend. So far it feels light, stiff and fun!

    Oh, I know about the tyre/value faux pas, but I couldn’t be bothered to remove and re-fit them. burn me.

    Do you reckon I need a top chain guide then? Was hoping a clutch much would be enough.
