I did the Wiggle South Downs Epic ride yesterday. It started cool and misty at 8 o’clock but by about 10:00 the sun broke through and things got really hot.

I was melting by the time I finished and consumed about 5 litres of fluid on the ride. Fantastic ride though, parts of which followed the South Downs Way which makes me appreciate what those guys went through doing the whole 100 miles on Friday.

How did everyone else get on with their weekend rides?
