    The Three network has been down in my neck of the woods for a week now. I’ve spoken to the folk at their call centre, and they are aware of the problem, that there are a couple of masts not working, but say there is no time frame for a fix.

    Just to make sure it’s not my phone, apparently their technical team will call me (!)

    There’s nothing in the small print of my contract about what happens in the event of a non-functioning network, so does anyone have any ideas what I can do?

    As I see it, probably naively, I’m paying for a service they aren’t providing, therefore they’re breaching their contract where we agreed that they would provide said service. So Shirley I should be able to cancel my contract with them? I very much doubt it’s this simple though….
