If you recall last year’s incident at Duxford were one of the few top flight women’s racing drivers had a crash with a transporter while testing a Marussia F1 car, it appears she has taken her own life.

She lost an eye and very nearly her life, but seemed to be recovering quite well.

Dreadful news.
