I’m in need of a new chainset and have an inside leg of about 37 inches – can anyone tell me if it’s worth while paying the extra for 180mm crank arms rather than the usual and more affordable 175mm??

From my triathlon experience, I’d not bother. I’ve experimented with short long and couldn’t tell the difference. Stick with what you conditioned with, it’s all about cadence anyway….well power + cadence:)
