My charger failed last night, called them at 16.30 when found out my light wasnt charged, two year warranty so despite no receipt serial no. showed could get replacement. Can I pick it up tonight – yes someone will be here til 7.

When I got there replaced my mains only charger with new USB one -so charged light in car on way back and got a ride in tonight.

They may be a bit expensive (compared to torches from china ebay) but customer service awesomeness does it for me.

And they make electronic things – in Sussex!!
