First off, I've put this in chat as I'm talking about jump height not getting on the cranks.
So, I want to improve the height of my jump. What's the most effective form of exercise to achieve this? On or off the bike I don't mind, either is possible. Also, improving my running sprint speed would be handy too!
I'm 12 stone and 6 foot so I can lose a bit of weight but I wouldn't want to lose much.
