    Hi

    decided to do an Exmoor weekend, so far Exford YHA looks ok.

    ideal world would be a cheap B&B with local decent food pub nearby with both a nice 20 mile route and a 10-15 mile non techy/easy/bimble/scenery route on the doorstep.

    Plenty of nice places in Porlock or Dunster with riding from the door (Porlock for tougher routes) & the http://www.exmoorexplorer.co.uk has some good loops to base your riding on.
