I'm doing one tonight. Been advised to use a strong tea so was going to use Assam because I've got some, but if anyone else has ever done this, are there any recommendations as to choice of tea?

smoked a chicken before with woodchip - liked it.
someone mentioned tea and it seems like something different for very little workand i like both smoked things and tea
