A ham and mushroom pizza at Reading Festival in 1987. Was definitely down to the mushrooms, and had nothing whatsoever to do with all the (free) Gold Label I'd been pouring down my neck in the guest bars backstage...

I didn't boke, but i came close. God knows how this stuff is actually supposed to make people eat more (its prescribed to anorexics & cancer patients).

Some super strong vodka, dunno what it was, on top of chilli vodka, several pints and a curry. Immediatley vommed it back up into my mouth (and some of the chilli vodka too, ouch) and had to swallow it again.
It has to be said I didn't know it was super strong vodka just as I didn't know about the chilli vodka earlier, young, stupid, birthday, someone hands you a shot you neck it.

Chinese Century Egg nearly did it for me recently. Was told that they're an acquired taste but I usually up for trying anything so just peeled it and took a bite - the taste and smell of the ammonia was overwhelming I nearly barfed right away but managed to contain myself as I spat the contents of my mouth into the bin.
Served up with soy sauce, ginger & spring onion they're rather nice, however!

I once drank vinegar, neat, about a double shot - that was grim it didn't stay down long.
Foodwise - I got food poisoning once of a meal, not sure which bit, but it was a delayed reaction so doesn't count. Mostly though I can eat most things, I just choose not too.
I did eat the eye of a cooked sea-bass once, that wasn't nice, but I washed it down with more beer, and it stayed down too.

I once kissed Mrs Grips causing her to sprint to the toilet and barf. I keep telling myself it was the pregnancy.
