I am in the process of taking my old employer to one.
It appears to be all over the shop at the moment, their solicitor is a lot more on the ball than my unions decision on whether it will represent me or not.
So meanwhile i’m continuing with the process alone.

So i’m asking-apart from the usual request for advice……
I have a schedule of loss to complete by tomorrow , is this literally just a list of earnings i feel i have lost and what i feel they owe me? How should i calculate a figure and suggest a compensation figure?
