I don’t really see the point of chicken kebab, well, not the one where it’s all pressed together pieces. Just ends up too dry. S’ok if it’s large chunks on a skewer but really, if you’re going to have a kebab, then lamb shish is the only sensible choice imo. Although I do like a Dirty Doner now and then I must say. Can’t beat a bit of elephant’s leg sometimes. Seems a better option when you’ve had a few, more authentically British. 🙂
