Connect to your PC and ride up famous climbs or use the training programs and fitness tests. I've used this over a couple of winters and found it great motivation, selling as I've upgraded to the RealPower. It includes the Conconi test software, personalized training programmes and internet software so you can race others over the web, as well as some video DVDs.
