Connect to your PC and ride up famous climbs or use the training programs and fitness tests. I've used this over a couple of winters and found it great motivation, selling as I've upgraded to the RealPower. It includes the Conconi and internet software as well as some video DVDs but has standard instead of the Ritmo ones.
