Apologies for another wazoo upgrade thread. I guess as you can get them again at halfords and at only £400 with 0% finance or less with BC discount.

so been thinking about one of the bafang mid drive conversions for an old bike of mine. to be used for fun and commuting.
Now I’m thinking about getting a wazoo and at some point converting it to an e fatty.
I should imagine this would be great for commuting at speeds legal for the terrain. An atomic bridle slayer , a turbo beach drag racer and a skidoo for the next bad winter.

anyone done this on a fat bike and how did it work out?

not a topic for the purists or haterz.

There was an e-bike store selling Wazoo with conversion for ~£2k, 1000W motor that could do 30mph when the road legal looks over was turned off. Name escapes me now, they were selling the default Wazoo rear wheel with cassette for ~£120 on eBay.

Saw a guy on an electric fat bike causing through eccles today, the funny part was he wasn’t pedaling, was on his phone and the guy behind him was giving it beans trying to keep up.
