Does anyone know the law about folk using electric motos (not pedal assist) in Scotland. Two wee kids ripping up the trails in the pentlands just now and they are already quite chewed up, worse because v wet just now. They’re from balerno as seen them kicking about on them round the village, maybe if anyone knows them they could mention it?

It’s illegal unless they have permission from the landowner.

So… report them? Mention to rangers?

Mention to Rangers in the first instance I guess. If you can provide them with any information, I’m sure that would be appreciated. They can also check with the relevant landowners to see if permission has been granted (though I’d say it’s unlikely).

Interesting how well versed you are druid, won’t be long before you get one I reckon.
