Is it just a purely musical event now?
Watching it on telly & I’m sure i remember seeing athletic/competition type displays as well as the musical stuff (as impressive as it is)

Does seem to be less military stuff and more bands.

We were there the day before this years show. Amazed by how small the space is that they use for the ratio.

I was in Edinburgh last week. If they’re ready to take their tops off in Scottish weather they must be pretty tough!

I was at the Kirkcudbright Tattoo on Saturday.

No military stuff there, but they did have a display from the IMPS Motorcycle Display team, which was brilliant.

Kids as young as 5 booting it about on little motorbikes, hanging off sidecars, doing human pyramids etc. Very cool.
