So then, I’ve been on the lookout for a soul replacement. I want something slighty slacker+steel, something that can take 26+27.5 wheels, 135×10 dropouts, but changeable, something with threaded BB and something that will take upto 150 forks (tapered), and modern sized seatpost.
I’ve come across the NS Eccentric it ticks all of the boxes! But what are peoples opinions of them? Anyone riding one or has ridden one? I will be running my 26″ wheels (I’m not sure I will ever change to 27.5 on the HT, its great fun whenever I get back on them, but want to future proof it) and 150mm 32mm, 1+1/8th forks (will use a reducer). Would need a new dropper though.

My mates have privee shan’s and they ride great, but a little heavy for me and I dont want pushfit BB.

Bike will mainly be used for local fast singletrack, small jumps+drops/mini dh, and then also for XC duties on SDW occasionally and annual Dyfi Enduro trip.
