I just put up my Pace RC41 forks on ebay this morning they now have 3 watchers

my quandry is I have just been cleaning them up a little and noticed some wear on the airleg stantion the black coating is wearing through .

Do I alter the listing and mention the wear

or do I scrap the auction and bin the forks

    No Bids yet

No bidders, then just update the ad. Some extra pics would be good, too

Why not send them off to Pace and see if they will sort it under warrenty?

Coating shows signs of wear very quickly IME, so wouldn't be a surprise – and doesn't affect the fork's operation.

I'd just update the listing, with a pic or two. No bother.

I had exactly the same thing with a pair of 10 month old RC41s.

Sent them back to Pace to get dealt with under warranty. "They're fine, and as we've serviced them – £70 + VAT if you want them back". No argument would sway them – even from the guy who sold them to me and was a dealer. (which he subsequently stopped being)

I will never, ever buy another Pace product.

Mine did that after some months of mincing,
They didn't work so great anyway so stripped them for re-build about 2 years ago and have neevr re-built them

In bits now – anyone want some lowers…? RC41 model.

    You've got competition, there's another pair on for £26 + £10 delivery. Make that 32 watching! 😀
