Mid 90s vintage Oakley M Frames, but with unused grey lens (original lens was moved to a new frame)

you don't pay ebay fees on the postage. loads of people bump up the postage to save money. Just factor it into your bid. makes no difference to the buyer. In fact it might work in your favour as it puts some people of.

I don't recall the exact price for Royal Mail's equivalent service, but I remember eBay's postage calculation thingy suggesting something similar for a secure signed-for service.
Of course, it would be cheaper if I just bunged a fragile item in a jiffy bag and sent it second class, but I'm not inclined to do that, for the sake of the hassle for me, or for the buyer.
So yes. Twelve quid.

taxi25 - Thanks for the rational input. I see what you mean. That does make sense. But no, that's not my plan. I'm charging £12 because I intend to spend £12 posting these glasses.
