    Quick summary of the problem:
Bought a seatpost on ebay listed as 350mm length, turns up and has been cut down. Point this out to seller who's very apologetic, "had no idea" etc etc and send it back. The seller seems to have sent me the 'refund' as a new payment which means I've been charged paypal fees, and has gone quiet since I asked for my return postage as well.

It's only a few quid, but is made more annoying by the fact I see in the vendors feedback that he bought the very same seatpost just a few weeks previously and knew full well it was cut down becuase the previous seller's listing was a bit more honest.

Is it worth opening up an ebay dispute, or do I just 'neg' the **** and move on?

Yesh, that's waht I was thinking.

Frankly disappointed by the lack of 'owning with bombers' comments though 😉

Seeing as it took a few minutes to make, I'll roll my image out again…

As you posted it back you know his address therefore i suggest a lynching….who is not scared by a group of fat middle aged IT boffins fit toned atheletic MTB er and his mates and their bombers.

Now go own him for the STW massif you know it makes sense.

    Happy now?
