Sadly, not happening for a year.

I can’t see this having any other result than somehow making it more expensive again to trade on eBay. eBay are very good at stealthily increasing their fees.

RBS do all the PayPal transactions anywhoo’s.

In theory this should mean that Ebay allow other electronic payment methods – unless they keep some sort of relationship with Paypal to take a cut? What’s Paypal worth now? $1.5bn seemed a lot back then but must have been a great buy.
