E: Mussels in white wine sauce with frites and homemade mayonnaise. Plenty of bread to mop up. A wonderful, if slightly dangerous dinner.

d – glass of corporation pop.
l – some pissed up student yelling racist abuse at one of my team.
r – back home at 7.30am, I've got a cold and it feels a long way off 🙁

R: Local stuff today, a rather lethargic and achy 35 miles from home, weather was nice and trails fairly dry though
