I managed to crush and slightly de-laminate one end of the bar with one of my Smica bar ends. The delam area is about 2mm wide and 1cm long. So if you want to use them with bar ends it's a no go, or it will be eventually.
However if you just want them for super tricked out darkside street-rat, then they are just the ticket. Because other than that they are bloody perfect. They have some very light grazes on them from fitting and removing bar hardware, but they all live under the clamps and grips when they are assembled.
First £30 gets them.
