Up the zig zaggy path behind the yoho, at the top turn left to traverse across and up to the summit or turn right to get round to the top of Sticks.

+1 for cumbrianmonkey’s suggestion, if it refers to the yoho above Glenridding. Roughly a couple of hours to Helvellyn summit, for normal mortals carrying 160mm fun bikes and not in a desperate hurry.
