Tilberthwaite is a good one, as you can construct a nice little loop around the woods near Hodge Close Quarry. If she wants to go further, the track over High Oxen Fell is nice, with a couple of rock steps she’ll probably want to walk.
Blawith Common is good, can be a bit claggy after wet weather.
You could park at High Cross just above Coniston and head onto the Grizedale fire road network. If you take the BW towards Parkamoor, there is a bit of not particularly techy singletrack leading to a gate, go just past this for lovely views over to the Old Man, then either retrace or carry on a bit down an easyish wide descent to the farm buildings, then go up and left back onto the fire roads.
