Ordered a P7 and bike light plus a few other bits and bobs from DX in late September. Everything has arrived fine and well,(and on the same day) except for the bike light. I was happy to give it a bit of extra time due to the postie strike but there's still no sign.
I contacted them a week ago on their Customer Service express – reply within 48 hrs – but without any joy. I've also tried HKpost through their C/S but again without reply.
Royal Mail say they have no record of it entering the UK.
So has anyone had any luck getting any response from DX in any other way, or does anyone know a cheap way to call Hong Kong?
