Heading up to Dunkeld tomorrow from Dundee to have an extended explore to find some new stuff and was wondering if anyone off here knew where the “new” trail that was used for the highland enduro was? Sadly I was away so couldn’t join in the fun 🙁

Also wondering where this trail is:

I’ve seen various photos but no reference to where it actually is.

New trail is just up Birnam Hill. Head up the usual way from the back, turn left when you go through the top gate and that’s basically the start of the trail.

Think I know what the photo is of, but can’t be sure due to the snow. It’s way over the other side of the valley, can barely get there myself so no hope of describing it – especially as I always have to end up heading across the heather at some point near the top!
