Ok, like a pogo stick or overwhelmed. Ive been running mid setting for my height on the + and begining of the recommended set up for my height on the -. Help. I know theres a sweetspot there waiting.

bout 110 psi for your weight i reckon.
i run 150 psi top n bottom.

Have u tried twiddling that red knobby thing at the bottom? Seems to have quite a dramatic effect on mine.

I'm running just under 110 in both and am about 11st 7…still get full travel: I'd suggest a bit higher, maybe 120 or 125 both. Still, all trial and error

just checked the recommended on mine and for me (13st) its 135/135.
