Here is a question for yeah, I have a pair of 2008 fox 32 van with standard QR and was thinking of upgrading to either a 20mm fork or new lowers to 15mm but was told in a shop that the dt swiss QR's the ones where you ratchet up would be as good and would stiffen them up….what's your thoughts ? and ideas 🙂 or total rubbish ?

Got a set of Fox F120's and a 9mm DT swiss ratchet type qr with 9mm Hope pro 2 adaptors, was looking at getting a new set of lowers but a little bit pricey so went with the above, although its not as solid as a proper bolt thru system but its a lot better than a standard qr set up, 9mm hope adaptors are about £16 and the DT 9mm QR is quite expensive at £35 although superstar components?? do a cheaper version I think?
