I’ve been offered a DT Swiss EXM 130mm fork, which I’m considering as a replacement for a RS Tora coil jobbie, on my g/fs Giant Trance (2011) . The Tora weighs about as much as a pocket battleship and at 47kgs she doesn’t have a prayer of it working properly.
I suppose we could change the coil to a softer one, but this seems like a decent fork which will save her about a kilo from her bike at a stroke.
We have lighter wheels for it ready to fit too.
Just wondered if any of you had any experience of this DT Swiss fork ?

If its anything like my XMC 130 it’ll be a good fork. Stiff and smooth and just works. I like mine….

    Quality kit!
    Very, very plush.
You can get them new on Ebay for less than £200.

I upgraded from a tora to an exm130 a few years ago – not only is it much lighter, but it has a big red button with launch control on it. What more could you ask for?

Had the carbon 130mm ones and now got some EXM150’s. Grey forks. All I’d use. Plus really long service intervals.
